Time Frame:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, and we’ll provide you with a return address.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.


To return your product, email us at, and we’ll provide you with a return address. You’re responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you’re returning an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
